Our recently remodeled condo has a wonderful view, facing directly out over the pool to the beach. There is no looking out the corner of your lanai or standing on your toes to get a glimpse of the ocean. It's on the 3rd floor (elevators available), ensuring quiet privacy away from the sounds of the pool, in the Sandpointe Complex of 45 units in 2 buildings located on prestigious West Gulf Drive. Enjoy the large lanai facing the ocean while reading, napping, having your morning coffee or lunchtime break. Our unit has vaulted ceilings which make it bright and airy with quality furnishings throughout including new carpet, comfy Pottery Barn couches, HDTV in livingroom, tv's in both bedrooms, Ralph Lauren linens, premium pillowtop mattresses, There's a fully- equipped kitchen with all new appliances, a full size washer/dryer, and fluffy white sheets and towels from our linen service. Our complex has beautifully landscaped grounds with a pool and lagoon within steps of the ocean. The walk from our door to the pool is less than 60 feet and from there to the beach another 30 feet. It is ideal for families with young children who can 'pop upstairs' for lunch or enjoy sitting on the lanai while baby naps. Also for adults who enjoy the quiet intimacy of a smaller complex. The protective parking under our building is great during hot, sunny days or rainstorms.
