Beautiful, completely renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located within the Tower Shores community of North Bethany. We are just footsteps from a private, expansive beach and adjacent to the Delaware State beach. Townhouse is located 1 mile south of the Indian River inlet, and 10 miles north of Ocean City, Maryland. Master Bedroom (queen) has cable TV and private deck with views of the ocean. Additional bedrooms include one with a queen bed, full bath and balcony overlooking the tennis courts and playground; one with a double bed; and one with a double/twin bunk. Ground floor bedroom includes full size futon and one double futon/twin bunk, full bath, cable TV, and sliders to backyard patio. Townhouse comfortably sleeps 14 people and is equiped with central air conditioning. The living room has slider to large deck with plenty of room for outside dining. Enjoy your crab feast while listening to the crashing waves. New playground just by the tennis courts outside your back door.

I went to this property end of June-beginning of July of 2006. The owner is wonderful to work with. The property is in great condition and it was just as described. It has absolutely all you need!

The beach is just a short walk away and it being private, was a good thing, because it was not too crowded. The waves were great (even though the water was a bit cold for me).

I liked the outside shower, especially with kids, it made it easy to rinse them and maybe even give them a shower before heading back in the house.

We had a great time! I highly recommend this property!

This townhome was perfect for our group of 12. It is very close to the private beach access. It has a fully stocked kitchen which is a plus when you prefer to cook rather than eat out every day. The location was also good if you wanted to travel to Ocean City or Rehobeth. The owners were easy to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in North Bethany Beach.

This was my first time ever renting a vacation place and it was a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service, great communication and everything was as described.

The house is wonderful and very confortable, the short walk to the beach is A+++. This unit has everything you need to make your vacation a lasting experience.

Best Choice in Bethany Beach

Often when booking properties online I am suspect about whether they are going to be as nice as the pictures and/or reviews.
This is a wonderful option for families who want to book a place with ample space, soothing colors and decor, and close proximity to the ocean.
It's a very short walk up and over the dune to the Atlantic Ocean from this very well maintained townhouse.
The owner provided very good customer service and I would recommend this property to friends (I already have!)
