Beautiful Marco Island, FL and just a 5 minute walk (about 1/4 mi.) to the beautiful South Beach! This home was constructed in February 2004 and features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den with queen sleeper sofa. The heated pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining and cooking out on our stainless steel BBQ grill. Other amenities include washer and dryer, 3 televisions all with cable access, DVD player, VCR, bicycles, wheeled picnic coolers, beach items, and a fully stocked kitchen. This is a beautiful home and was built in a wonderful community. Enjoy nice weather, walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and just relax.

Excellent Place to Stay on Marco Island

This was our second time staying and was even better than the first. The house has everything you could possibly need, the pool is absolutely beautiful and refreshing after a day at the beach which is a short walk. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful house. My sister and her husband also joined us this year and had a wonderful time. We are hoping to return next year and our only suggestion would be to have internet access, versus local phone (everyone now a days has cell phones). I definitely recommend anyone looking to stay on Marco Island to rent this house. You will not be one bit disappointed. Thank you Pat and Chris for sharing your home with us!!
