Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Cape Windsor, just a mile from the Fenwick Island lighthouse and the beaches, Fenwick Island Delaware and Ocean City Maryland. Cape Windsor offers a community pool, playground, and boat ramp, all of which are available to our guests. Home is located on the canal that opens to the Big Assawoman Bay. Master suite provides a queen bed with private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private half bath. Bedroom three has a queen bed with full bathroom across the hall. The home includes a washer and dryer and accommodates a maximum of eight persons comfortably. To protect the health of our renters and ourselves, there is no smoking permitted. Large family room overlooking canal and skyline of Ocean City MD includes pullout queen size sofa, and comfortable seating for relaxing, watching television (with DVD or VHS) or playing games. Two level deck extends from dock to home.

Enjoy crabbing as well as fishing off the dock. Our proximity to the Delaware State Park beach is ideal for a relaxing day at the beach. Just 1/2 mile to rentals for jet skiing or boating. We are minutes from excellent restaurants, the boardwalks at Ocean City or Bethany, and a short drive to world-class golf courses and the upscale outlet shops of Rehoboth.
