Photos and Description of this Kerr Lake holiday house 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 8

Wonderful lake front home with pier just minutes from the town of Clarksville. Four spacious bedrooms, two with private baths. Three bedrooms have queen beds..the fourth has a full size double and a single(bunk type bed..single on top) ..there is a bonus trundle bed which could sleep two more in a pinch. All appliances are new and high end..house is in superb condition..gas grill is provided..large deck with chairs and large table. There is a private pier.

Location: Kerr Lake in USA

Car: necessary
Kerr Lake is a 50000 acre lake..fishing is wonderful..bass, crappie, catfish..bring your boat..state park with boat ramp a mile away. Clarksville is a small quiet town..not a place to go for night life..house has attracted families and this summer I have quite a few repeat renters.

  • $1350 June thru August. April, May, September $1100, Other months $1000 weekly. $150 a nite weekends
  • Summer Season Sat. to Sat.: $1350 plus $100 maid fee. Pets have a $100 nonrefundable deposit and must be on flea preventative.
    Four hundred dollar security deposit which will be returned within two weeks after stay.

  • There are three bedrooms on main floor and up the steps on back deck there is a bedroom upstairs with it's own heat pump and bath with shower...trundle bed and queen bed..couch and TV. Very private and quiet. The bedrooms downstairs have a queen bed with exception of the third bedroom which has two sets of bunks..one of the bedrooms has a slider to the deck..on first level.

A beautiful home & property. The deck & boat dock were a great place to hang out & relax. Fishing was not gtood due to low water, but the nearby golf course more than made up for it. if you are a fisherman, it has everything you need, The dock is protected and has electrical hook ups. Their is even a fish cleaning station with running water. Plenty of parking for my boat trailer & the launch ramp is minutes away. I highly recommend thia place
