Apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) both with fitted wardrobes and bed side tables, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Large living room with 3 and 2 seater sofa's, english and satellite TV, DVD, CD. Adjoining well equiped kitchen and dining area. Conservatory opening onto large garden terrace with sun loungers and B-B-Q area. The apartment is set in beautifully manicured gardens with 2 large pools and 1 child pool.

Playa Flamenca is a beautiful residential area, near to all the required holiday facilities, i.e. blue-flag beaches, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go carting. Ten minutes walk from two large commercial centres with dozens of restaurants for all tastes from Italian to Chinese, Indian, Spanish French, Mexican Argentinian, even English!! These complexes are laiden with bars whether you want a quiet drink or a bustling Irish bar, a relaxing wine bar or a late night disco you'll find it here. The Saturday market in Playa Flamenca is regarded as the best in the area and is right on the doorstep as it stands on the same road as the complex. You can find lots to do in the local area. Torrevieja, a 10 minutes drive away, is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, and beautiful church square. The superb palm-lined prompromenade is the ideal place to take a late night stroll

Visitors must bring their own beach towels for use anywhere outside the apartment. A barbecue is also available for use in the garden. Airports.: Alicante airport is approximately 40 kms. away to the north and the journey to our apartment takes approximately 40 mins, via the N332. Murcia airport is approximately a 20 minute journey by car to the south.

Golf.: There are 3 superb golf courses within a few minutes drive. Las Ramblas (the most challenging we believe), Royal Campoamor (worth a visit whether a golfer or not to have a drink at the beautiful clubhouse on the hill and enjoy the view) and Villamartin (venue of the 1994 Mediteranian Open). La Manga is about an hour drive away.

Local Attractions.: There is a market every day of the week in different places but the Playa Flamenca on a Saturday morning is certainly one of the best and easiest to get round. It is just a short walk away and well worth a visit. Get there early though if you don't like crowds. Swimming and Beach. Our complex has two large swimming pools with children's area. The nearest two blue flag beaches are within walking distance.
