A great deal for a week or weekend in the Newport area. This is a clean Colonial in a new development. It has an open floor plan, a large backyard and central air conditioning. A very kid friendly home, neighborhood and pets are welcome.

Nearest Ferry: Block Island Ferry at 24 Miles
Nearest Train: Kingston at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Miles
There is always something going on in the summer around here. There is the famous Tall Ship Festival, Jazz and Folk Fest. Newport and Middletown have great beaches, restaurants and many things to see and do. Also relax with a barbecue picnic in a large private back yard. 1.5 miles to first beach. A little over an hour to Boston. Under an hour to the Block Island Ferry.

Wedding in Newport

We rented this beautiful home the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The house is amazingly spacious, very quiet neighborhood, absolutely perfect for our family which included our two little grandsons. We were also allowed to bring our 11 year old Yorkie who is blind. Would recommend the house and would definitely rent again if we ever plan on returning to Newport as a family.
