This spacious condo (2300 sq. ft.) is centrally located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, just minutes to Snowbird and Alta (Utah's best Skiing). Solitude, Brighton and the 3 resorts at Park City are 12 to 30 miles away. The ski shuttle and the grocery store are 1/2 block away. This unit is economically priced and features luxuries such as private outdoor hot tub (with a great view of the Wasatch Mountains), wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, 2 fireplaces (wood provided), gas barbeque grill and a 2 car garage.

This spacious townhouse is located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons in the Cottonwood Heights area. I has a stunning view of the Wasatch Mountains from the hot tub area. It is centrally located between the canyons, so that you can enjoy skiing all of Utah's best resorts. The grocery store and ski shuttle is 1/2 block away. The ski shuttle is free if you purchase the discount lift tickets (Super Pass). These are good at Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. They cost $44 per day for a 3 day pass or more. The best savings is at Snowbird, where the tram rate is $64. They do include the tram and also the night skiing at Brighton. Why be tied to one resort, when you can enjoy them all at 1/2 to 1/3 the cost and have all the conviences and services of the suburbs.
