Photos and Description of this New Harbor holiday cottage Sleeps six, very short walk to Pemaquid Beach

This lovely home is located 3 minutes walk from Pemaquid Beach and Fort William Henry on the Pemaquid Peninsula in mid-coast Maine. Originally, this building was the Pemaquid Beach Community Club, built in 1933 by determined neighborhood women. It has 10' tin ceilings, beautiful maple floors and vintage light fixtures. Restored and renovated, the home is comfortable, elegant and spacious with beautiful gardens. This home was designed with children in mind, and has plenty of room even on rainy days! Screened front porch facing west, sunny back porch. Fully equipped new eat-in kitchen with a sunny 10' window seat includes dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. Enormous living room - 4 couches, easy chairs. Upstairs bedroom 30' x 20', has king bed, and 2 twins. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed. Linens, towels, cable TV, VCR, games. Heated. New washer/dryer. Dogs allowed for an extra fee and only after clearing it with the owners.
