Relaxing family retreat in quiet, very desirable neighborhood. Wake up to soothing birdsong and Nauset surf.Walk to fishing & kayaking on saltwater river and estuaries .This classic beauty is a sunny, comfortable home on 1 plus acre of privacy. Great room, family room with queen sleeper sofa, one bedroom on 1st floor. 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins each), 2 full baths, hot/cold outdoor shower, screened breezeway with dining table and chairs, garage, back deck with furniture, and gas Weber grill. Quality linens and towels are included for 8 people. Beach chairs and towels also! Friday to Friday rental to avoid bridge traffic!

Spring brings back the birds and their melodies.: This is a lovely time to visit. It's warm but not hot. The beaches are open and uncrowded. Uou will love bicycling around town, kayaking in the river and saltwater ponds and eating homemade ice cream down the road at the Sundae School parlor. Everything is green and fresh.
