House completed Spring, 2004. 2 minute drive to the ocean with lifeguard-protected beaches. Superbly decorated. Situated on community lake. Beach parking pass to nearby Bethany Beach, a charming seaside family resort town. Beautiful new clubhouse with community swimming pools, fully equipped exercise facility, tennis courts and playground approximately 50 yards from the house. Property has high speed internet access.
