Should you ever feel the need to remind yourself that there's still a busy world outside of tranquil Corolla on the Outer Banks, there is both cable television and wireless internet.
If you love to cook, you'll enjoy preparing meals for the family in the cavernous kitchen that also overlooks the ocean. Both gas and charcoal grills supplement the kitchen with just about anything you could need to prepare and serve your culinary creations. There's plenty of space in the dining room to seat the family at two tables, and after dinner, two dishwashers make sure nobody gets stuck with washing the service for 22 by hand.
Ocean's Grace is pet friendly! Pets are allowed in the cottage, though we do have to ask that your furry friends stay out of the pool and hot tub.
The Crow's Nest offers spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding area. And a special treat is found at night seeing the fully operational Currituck lighthouse.

Outside, the cottage has a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, the pool can be heated upon request. Around the pool you'll find plenty of lounge chairs to lay back in and enjoy that relaxing OBX experience you came for. The back yard has a volleyball net to entertain those interested in a friendly game and there is a basket ball hoop off the front drive. If you'd like to explore the area there are bikes available for your pleasure. The three levels of decks are home to a number of comfortable deck chairs and even have a hammock and porch swing.
At night your family retires to eight tastefully decorated, bedrooms with good quality mattresses and your choice of feather or poly pillows. Five of the bedrooms are master suites, one with private deck. The kids will love the nautical themed bunk rooms. Four bedrooms open out onto the main deck that provides access to the roof deck for spectacular stargazing. Seven full baths make it easy to get everyone ready for the day's adventure.
Be sure to visit the beautiful Old Village of Corolla, the Currituck Lighthouse and the Whalehead Hunting Club. All within a two mile radius. Bicycles are available to enjoy the area. A 4-wheel drive vehicle will allow you to explore the north end of the beach where you will find an old shipwreck and are sure to see some of the wild ponies the area is noted for. Area activities include; go-karts, kayaking, sailing, fishing, para sailing, wind surfing, paddle boats, golf, shopping, movies and some really great seafood dining. An hour's drive will take you to historic Roanoke Island where you can enjoy the outdoor drama 'The Lost Colony.' On your way to the Island, stop and climb Jockey Ridge, one of the tallest sand dunes in the United States and visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and walk the path of the first flight. And always, there is the sight and sound of the Atlantic Ocean.
