Incredible beach views and sunsets from balcony, living room and master bedroom: The fourth-floor unit (5th level) is in the center of the 25-unit building and these few, choice center units and their large balconies jut out further than the rest of the building. The result is an incredible view both up and down the beach. The effect is like having the view from both corners of the building from your balcony, as well as straight out to enjoy the sunset. The balcony is large enough for two chaise lounges and a dining table that seats six. The living area and the master bedroom both have sliding glass doors opening onto the large balcony, creating awesome beach views throughout the unit. Be lulled to sleep with the endless sound of the surf. The living area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, love seat, and easy chair. There is an entertainment cabinet, complete with cable television, DVD and VCR players, and CD player.
