This charming apartment is tastefully decorated and conveniently located in Poinsettia Heights neighborhood close to everything you want to do in Ft. Lauderdale. It's located approximately 2 miles from Fort Lauderdale beach, close to shopping, theaters and parks. The apartment has all new furnishings including leather sofa and chair, hand woven oriental carpet and top of the line bed linens. There are 2 cable TVs, DVD, Mexican tile floors, & plenty of closet space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living area will accommodate two adults comfortably. The apartment is approximately 600 square feet and is complete with dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, & bed and bath linens. This small five unit apartment building is in a residential neighborhood, has very tropical landscaping and is pet friendly.
