The spacious and immaculate Courageous Beach House, which easily sleeps 12 adults has a private beach access to Scotch beach within 4 minutes of the front door. No need to pack up a car to go to the beach. The Courageous is totally renovated, tastefully decorated, bright and open with high ceilings, set on a 2 acre lot with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located about 1/2 mile from the public beach. The Courageous Beach House has 7 large glass sliding panels, which open to a 100 ft wrap-around deck. It also has a new second floor deck with spectacular views of the ocean, Great Salt Pond, sunrises and sunsets. The Courageous also has a newly renovated gourmet kitchen. A game room provides a ping-pong table, air hockey, Foosball. The teak outdoor shower is large with a changing area. The property is located in a private cul-de-sac 1 1/2 miles from ferry, airport, town, marinas. July 2010 is booked with a waiting list for August 2010,

Private beach access within 4 minutes of the house eliminates the need to pack up the car.

Notes: The 'Courageous Beach House' has 100 ft deck with ocean views; outdoor shower and a 4 minute access to the beach, which is located 1/2 mile from the public beach and about a 25 minute walk into town. There is a large newly renovated gourmet kitchen with large butcher block island and sink, two dishwashers and beverage center. Travertine 20 ft counter tops and large dining room table are great for entertaining or having coffee in the morning enjoying the ocean views. The ceilings are high with six sliding glass doors and the first floor is wide pine planks. The home provides a great place for large gatherings, yet has many private areas for privacy.

This house is amazing! The view and location are breath taking. If you have an opportunity to rent this home definately take it. My family had a great time. We enjoyed everything about the home is wonderful including the homeowner she is awesome! Lori
