Must See! New Ocean-View condo located in beautiful Ponce Inlet just south of Daytona Beach. The Condominium is conveniently located on second floor of Harbor Village, a privately gated community with a private parking garage. It overlooks a nine-hole par-three golf course and offers 6 lighted tennis courts, a fully equipped health and fitness club, including spa, steam room, sauna, state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, weight training equipment, and indoor/ outdoor pools. Harbor Village also offers a private club restaurant and boat marina. Condo is completely furnished! King size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom. Appliances include full size refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet ready (no extra cost), 2 televisions, DVD player, phone for local calls, fax machine / printer.
