This gorgeous house with large, diving pool with a couple of jets for soothing massage, is truly the perfect vacation spot. There is a 3 hole putting green in the backyard, beside the pool, surrounded by citrus trees, with complementary putters at the site. The house is located in the Estates of Ocotillo, beautiful small enclave situated as a peninsula on the golf course - Troon Golf at Ocotillo 27-hole Championship Course, in southern part of Chandler. It is a single level house with a split floor plan, 3100 SF, 4 bed, 4 bath, kitchen with island, great family room with fireplace, cable TV, computer and high speed internet; huge living room with wine cooler and an additional room/office. Hardwood flooring of the best quality and design, and some tiles, no carpet in this house. 4 bicycles for the guests to enjoy the rides around this lovely neighborhood.

The master suite is a retreat for itself: Queen size bed, the rest area furnished with a nice leather set, cable TV, huge bath in mirrors with his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a big walk-in closet. Each of three other bedrooms has its own bath; one has queen size bed, second has a double bed and the third has two twin beds. At the patio, there is a new exercise machine: ParaBody EX500 that brings health club workouts home, to target any or all of your muscle groups. Many citrus trees at the professionally landscaped, private backyard will provide you, in the main season, with fresh oranges, lemons, grapefruit and mandarins. Take off some fruit, put it in the juicer and indulge yourself!
