Perfect family alternative to pricey hotels and B&B's. Beautiful Cape-style house in quiet neighborhood. Ideal for families seeking a peaceful vacation. Walk to beach on Narrow River - perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or swimming. Short drive to Narragansett Beach for swimming and surfing. Large front/side yard, smaller private backyard/open patio complete with gas grill and patio furniture for al-fresco dining. Garage attached by lovely finished breezeway. Plenty of room with an eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. One medium bedroom downstairs with double bed. Large upstairs bedroom has double bed and twin bed. Remaining upstairs bedroom has a twin bed. House is nicely furnished with all linens and cooking utensils provided. Washer and dryer let you return home with no dirty laundry.

we spent a week in this charming pink house with our kids and would be back anytime in the future. everything was just like the description: clean, perfectly located and well furnished. the owners were very helpfull and generous in providing information and help before and on the day of our arrival. we recommend this rental to any couple or family who seeks peace, calm and proximity to the beach and town of Narragansett. go ahead, rent this house ! you wont be disappointed !

Our favorite 'secret' getaway

We almost don't want to tell others about our favorite 'secret' vacation getaway! We've been repeat visitors for a few years and we just love this house and its location. The neighborhood beach and playground are wonderful for small children. House is lovely and the best kept rental property we've ever been to. Rates can't be beat. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and established with friendly, year round residents--not a 'rental' neighborhood at all. Centrally located to many attractions, as well. Owners live in RI--they are very helpful and always available if needed. Can't wait to visit again!
