You will discover few nicer properties than this professionally decorated, newly constructed 4200 square foot home. This home is situated just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and a pristine beach. In addition it has a private dock that is 16 feet wide, located directly on the intercostal waterway. It was recently featured as a front cover home in Luxury Florida Home magazine. Listed as a three bedroom home, this residence also has a furnished study with a queen size sleeper sofa. Set up for the discriminating renter, the home features sky high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a refrigerated wine room, and two car garage. The heated pool and hot tub backs up to a 10 acre nature preserve. All rooms are beautifully furnished and all bedrooms have private bathrooms. There are only 22 homes in this private community and for this reason we are limiting our home to a minimum rental of 1 month.

Highland Beach is a small beachside town situated between Boca Raton and Delray Beach. It is nearly completely void of commercial properties making it unique on the South Florida Coast. It is just minutes to Boca, Delray, and Palm Beach with shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. Miami, South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are all short drives away. As the community is on the intercostal waterway, water taxis can take you to restaurants and shops. The town library is a short bike ride away.
