Beautifully landscaped 3/4 acre with full bulkhead with a floating dock for up to a 30 ft boat. New 18x36 heated gunite pool with huge granite patio. Outdoor shower. Decks off living room and bedroom. New kitchen with granite countertop, Large living room and dining room, den, large master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath, another bedroom with private bath, 2 other bedrooms and a master bath with jacuzzi tub. Laundry room. Many closets. All new beds and furniture, kitchen fully equipped with everything needed, BBQ grill, Big screen Sony TV, and 3 other TV's. Near ocean beaches and town. 90 minutes from NYC. Families preferred.

neighborhood: This area ia a very upscale area of Westhampton. The house is on a cul de sac and is very quiet and no traffic. Children can ride bikes up and down the road. The scenery is lovely and the views are magnificent. The backyard is quite private and the pool area is very relaxing. A few minute drive to town offers you shopping, dining with all levels of restaurants from pizza to ultra gourmet, There are candy stores, ice cream stores, bagel shops and a wonderful bakery./cafe, On Friday and Saturday nights there is live music outside the bakery. It is a very festive atmosphere and a lot of fun. There is a Performing Arts Theater that has live shows very week, There is also a movie theatre, bowling alley and many street fairs on the green. A few minutes away is many ocean beaches and places to dine on the bay or ocean. Southhampton is only 20 minutes away and also there is a water park in Riverhead about 20 minutes away. Tangier outlet shopping in Riverhead is nearby.
