This southern-style low country home is 1 min walk to the famous 12-mile beach and is a perfect setting for lighthearted vacations with family and friends. A private ocean pathway runs adjacent to the home making an easy beach access for small children and their grandparents!This bright and airy home is designed for fun & entertainment.The spacious back yard has one of the largest piano-shaped private pools in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes. New Weber Grill, picnic table, chaises and sunning chairs make this a place to play, have picnics, and relax. The expansive front porch comes complete with rocking chairs which create a perfect setting for morning coffee, reading, and afternoon snoozes.This delightful and inviting home has three king bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with 2 twin beds) and trundle bed with pull-out providing sleeping accommodations for 10. The special feature living room has a vaulted ceiling, brand new 42' plasma TV/DVD with cable, and all new brightly colored.

The dining area overlooks the expansive pool and seats eight. There are 3 bar stools with eat-in bar. The kitchen has all new Corian counters and updated appliances. A large washer and dryer are on the first level. The white tile on the first floor makes for carefree living -- no fussing over sandy feet! The carpeted upstairs has two additional king bedrooms, private baths, and beautiful views of the sparkling pool. The upstairs expansive king bedroom has a large work desk, TV, dresser -- also plenty of space for cribs. This home is very private and safe for small children. The resort's casual South Carolina Lowcountry atmosphere is deal for all kinds of family activities. With subtropical climate, the Island enjoys great weather all year long.
