Superb villa newly built and furnished to the highest standard, with large kidney-shaped private pool and outstanding views. Set within a rural residential area, it is just 35 minutes from Málaga airport, less than 10 minutes from the local town of Coín, and is within walking distance of two excellent bars/restaurants. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms - one ensuite master bedroom with kingsize bed, one double, and another with a double and single bed - plus a further bathroom. With the addition of two double sofabeds in the massive ground floor living area, there is the possibility of sleeping up to 10 or 11. Both bathrooms have twin basins, shower etc, and there is a newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Balconies and terraces on the upper floors mean you can enjoy the fabulous views from virtually every room. Satellite TV. Air conditioning. All in all, a splendid choice for larger families or groups, and especially golfers as there are two courses within 10 minutes' drive.

This increasingly popular area of Andalucia boasts fantastic countryside and traditional 'white villages', yet is only some twenty minutes by car to the coastal resort of Marbella and surrounding beaches. Local facilities include a newly opened shopping mall, just a few minutes' drive away, and a host of both traditionally Spanish and international restaurants. For those who want to explore on foot, there are country tracks right on your doorstep. About 30 minutes away by car is our very own 'lake district' at El Chorro, with turquoise water, stunning mountain scenery and pine forests. An ideal place for walking and picnicking or just soaking up the scenery from one of the two or three restaurants in the area. Further a field, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada are all perfect destinations for a daytrip you will treasure for always.
