Great for ski season or summer season. Monthly or weekllong rentals are possible, too. Sleeps 6-8. Only 7 minutes to skiing at Belleayre, 35 to Hunter, and 2 hours to New York City.This 2 story, 1400 sq ft., mountaintop, log home offers spectacular views of Belleayre Mountain or the the lovely forest on the property from every room. It shares 18 acres of natural beauty with adjacent owner’s house. Perfect for a family of skiers/boarders, with comfortable dining and sleeping for 6 people. Upstairs, there is a full bath; 1 BR with a queen bed; 2nd BR with 2 singles plus a single riser bed. Downstairs, there is a LR with a TV; an eat-in kitchen (accommodates 6); a bathroom with shower; sunken family room with a full size pull out sofa and table for 4; 3rd BR/study with a full bed; ski/board storage area. Linens and towels provided. Basic utilities include: electric, gas for stove and heating, local phone service, DISH satellite; snow plowing or lawn mowing and weekly garbage pick-up.

The kitchen is outfitted for 8 people and contains a full range of cooking implements in addition to the toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender and microwave (no dishwasher, no washer/dryer) Bedding and towels for 8 people are provided. Should you choose to use our housekeeper she can wash the linens for you (at our adjacent home). Sorry, no dogs and no smoking in the house, please. Well behaved cats will be considered (with an additional deposit).
