This penthouse apartment, which is right opposite the tennis centre has a spacious lounge/dining room with a spiral staircase leading up to a large south facing terrace ideal for all year round sunbathing in complete privacy. There is also a terrace which leads off from the lounge, looking out over the tennis centre, with glorious views of the Mar Menor beyond. From this terrace, it is possible to watch your children walk into the tennis centre and even watch them play, if they are playing on one of the courts in view from the apartment. The lounge diner is equipped with a high quality music system, CD player and a TV connected to all the Club's popular UK & European satellite channels including Sky Sports and News and BBC. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom serves bedroom No.2. The second bedroom has 2 single beds plus a pull-out bed for a fifth guest. One of the sofas in the lounge also will convert to a double bed for an extra 2 occasional guests.

Los Olivos is situated right opposite the tennis centre in La Manga Club and also easy reach of the three golf courses situated in the Club and also walking distance from several of the restaurants. La Cala beach is a five minute drive away and there are many other beaches not much further away. There are many shops in La Manga Club, but further afield Cartagena has some excellent shops and is a town to visit for its historic interest. Various water sporting activities can be found on the beaches along the Mar Menor, including water skiing and sailing.
