PLEASE CALL FOR A QUICKER RESPONSE. THANKS! Our lovely two bedroom, two bathroom unit comes complete with front and back porches, and is set in a cozy wood frame building. It's a wonderful place to relax, for families and professionals alike, and it's walking distance to everything - beach, bay, Northside Park, jogging path, grocery store, restaurants, bakery, shopping and much more. This unit includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, washer, dryer, cable TV, parking, stereo with a CD player, and VCR and DVD players. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top and the living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps two. Please let us know if you have questions. Thanks for considering our home. FYI Full weeks are now available. We will not accept reservations for summer weekends or summer mini-weeks until April 1, 2009.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.1 Miles

There are many things to do that are within walking distance! Northside Park has 58 acres, ball fields, jogging and rollerblade paths, soccer fields, indoor gymnasium, picnic tables, fishing lagoon and two piers...and this is the spot for the fireworks on Fourth of July! There are many places to eat from fast food to upscale dining to all-you-can-eat places, and you can walk to the nearby bars, movie theater, video rental store, shopping and so much more. Also keep in mind that the bus runs up and down Coastal Highway 24 hours a day for $2 a day...and it stops steps from this unit. Of course there is much more just a short drive away, including mini-golf, paintball, ice skating (year round!), golf, bowling, go-karts, boardwalk, bike and moped rentals, surfing lessons, outlet shopping in Delaware (30 minute drive, but there are no taxes and there are hundreds of stores!), water sport equipment rentals i.e. boats, jet skis, etc. - we could go on, but you get the point!

my daughter stayed at the condo for a lacrosse tournament with her 5 friends they loved the place the location was perfect they plan on renting again next year

PLACE WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE AROUND ME TO RENT THE CONDO IF THEY PLANNING TO SPEND THEIR VACATION AT A CLEAN, QUIET SHORE. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK NEXT YEAR, AND MYNOR YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

The house is clean and pretty, very convient. Close to every place. We can walk to beach, restaurant, park... Thank you, we enjoyed our days spending there, will contact you again if we visit ocean city again...

The condo was very large. VERY clean,very beutiful, it made our times very nice never to be forgotten. We were minutes from everything, including walking distances from the beach. I do plan on returning and would spend my money here rather than a hotel I want to say thank Mynor for this condo I was so happy for being there for two weeks

The condo was more than I expected. VERY clean, cozy, and homey; it made my birthday celebration a week never to be forgotten. We were minutes from everything, including walking distances from the beach. I do plan on returning and would spend my money here rather than a hotel or any other condo on the block!
