Welcome to Paradise Found, in the coastal town of Indialantic-by-the-Sea, on Florida's East Coast. Paradise Found is located on the barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River Lagoon) and the Atlantic Ocean. Built in 2002, Paradise Found is a non-smoking, large (1800 sq. ft.), split-floorplan, single-family home, 3 blocks to the ocean. House includes a large Master Bedroom suite with private bath and Roman shower, his-and-hers closets, and a private entrance to the porch; Living room and separate family room; Large kitchen with upgraded appliances; Laundry room and 2-car garage; Dining room and breakfast nook which opens onto the screened porch and backyard; and 2 separate bedrooms with large shared bath. Only one hour to Orlando, this is the closest beach to Disney.
