Enjoy this completely renovated one-bedroom condo. The complex is centrally located, only minutes from the restaurants, casino and golf courses of downtown Palm Springs (less then 5 minutes by car or about 1 mile). This unit is modern and tastefully decorate, including new tile, a well-equipped modern kitchen, flat panel 32' TV in living room, another flat panel TV in bedroom (both with HBO), and a large beautiful bathroom with skylights. The condo features all new contemporary furnishings, a modern dining set, and luxurious beddings. Extra comfortable Cal King size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed sleeper for an occasional guest or a child in the living room. The Olympic-size pool is one of the largest pools in Palm Springs. You will also enjoy the two spas, shuffleboard deck, pool tables, and the fitness center with universal machines, Stairmaster, stationary bikes, treadmill, etc.
