Features include a light, bright and elegant entrance hall with 20' double-height living room with fireplace, spacious Media Room with 50'' flat screen and surround sound, Den, Formal dining room seats 10-12, Gourmet eat-in kitchen, 6 bedrooms- 2 king beds, 4 queens, 2 twins and Five full baths (including two first floor master suites). Our extended family vacationed together at this lovely East Hampton house during the summer of 2009. The house is beautiful and well laid out - plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy as well as multiple locations to comfortably gather together to enjoy each others' company. The landscaping is beautiful, with a terrific pool and outdoor entertainment amenities. Location is great with easy access to East Hampton and beaches. Owners are terrific - rental was an easy process with lots of "in the know" tips to enjoy our stay. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Holiday Home

We have have had two wondeful family holidays at Noelles Lane. The house has every amenity needed by a family and our children and grandchildren loved the house, its amenities and the pool.
The house location is superb being within five minutes of East Hampton and we cannot recommend the house enough.
Anyone lucky enough to rent will be more than satisfied and we hope to have the opportunity of renting again in the future.
The owner could not have done more to ensure that we had an thoroughly enjoyable time and was always at the end of the phone to deal with our every need.
A must if you want a wonderful holiday close to East Hampton and its beaches.

A Perfect Vacation

My family and I loved our time in this lovely, comfortable and spacious home. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, inside and out. The pool and the grounds are beautiful, well-kept and private. The location is ideal. It is only a short drive to East Hampton or Sag Harbor and local beaches.
The owner is very helpful, concerned and responsive. He makes it clear that he wants anyone who shares his home to really enjoy it.
Of all of the homes that my family and I have rented in the Hamptons over the years, this one is far and away our favorite.

My family and some friends stayed here for a week in August and had a really great time. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house is beautiful, great kitchen and the rooms are bigger and more spacious than you would imagine. The bathrooms likewise and all very tastefully designed and decorated. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean.

The garden, patio and pool area are very well tendered and perfectly landscaped, the pool was great with sun all day. A great house to socialise, entertain or just chill and relax. It really had it all.

Henry the owner does a great job addressing your needs and answering any questions promptly. He goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. If you need a maid/helper ask for Myra, she was awesome, great in the Kitchen too...after a few days she felt like a family friend.

Beaches awesome, town quaint. We really didn't get to the restaurants, Citarella is right in town, it's good for fish, meat and fresh produce but expensive, stick with Walbaums around the corner for your basics! Next to a nice little wine store too.
