My wife and I found bliss in every sunset while our two year old daughter discovered heaven in the bay and the cottage...WOW! Thanksgiving Week 2007 Guestbook: Luckily, we have kept our 11 year streak of coming to the Cape alive! This house is the 'biggest, little cottage' we've stayed in! It's really made so that all the space is used in a wonderful way. It is also the CLEANEST house we have ever rented! In a week we experienced 65 degrees, sunny, rain , snow, gale force winds and 34 degrees!. Amazing!! It must be gorgeous in the summer! The Kissel's ~ Ohio

This cottage is absolutely amazing from the time you drive up to the house to the amazing sunsets from the deck. You are steps away from the sandy beach. The interior of the house is impeccable. From the hardwood floors to the tranquil bathroom.

Location,location.location
this beach house was in a perfect location and the house was immaculate. When we arrived, it looked as if nobody had used the property before us...it was that clean. The outside was planted with attractive shrubs and flowering plants. Everything you need on a vacation was made available in this compact, little, Cape Cod cottage.

We loved being at Therese's and John's cottage so much last summer that I couldn't wait to post a review, hoping it would reassure and encourage anyone who might be considering renting it. Well, the true sign of any successful business endeavor is repeat customers......and here we are! We recently stayed at the cottage again and even though I wrote a review last year, I feel compelled to write one this year also. Therese and John have maintained the excellence associated with their Cape home and there isn't a nicer, cleaner, more lovely place to stay. It is so comfortable, well furnished, and well equipped that while there, you feel as though you actually "belong" there. It feels like home away from home. Added to that, is the fabulous location, with Cape Cod Bay right outside your front door. While others walk to the bay just to watch the brilliant sunsets, you are able to simple walk out the door,sit on the deck, glass of wine in hand, and observe it in all its glory. Thankfully, we've been able to enjoy it for 2 consecutive years now and hopefully there will be many more to come. There's nowhere else on the Cape we'd rather be.....and I know you'll feel the same way.

Beautiful cottage!!

Therese and John have created a wonderful get-away for all who stay at their cottage. It is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean....the kitchen is well-appointed....though with the fabulous weather that we had, we spent most of our time out on the deck looking out at the amazing view!!

We came last October, when summer was over,
To relax and just get away!
The days were delightful, the nights were exciteful,
So, we decided to come back in May!

The Robins were nesting, by the back door protesting,
So, we would not cook on the grill.
The steak we had planned, stayed wrapped in Saran,
We’d much rather witness the thrill!

The days in May, we chose to stay,
Were as nice as those in October!
The natives are great, Spring had come to the Cape,
People waved while out walking with Rover.

So as Summer is nigh, we’ll let the rush go by,
And memories we’ll fondly remember.
But when the people are gone, we’ll be there alone,
‘Cause we’re coming back in September!
