Perfect family get away for winter skiing or summer fun only minutes away from Sunday River and Mt Abram. Imagine returning after a fun filled day of skiing, hiking or snowshoeing to a beautiful, new log sided home. Relax in front of the gorgeous field stone fireplace while your children play in the finished lower level stocked with games, puzzles, TV, stereo, CD player, DVD player, VCR, and ping pong table. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen that opens to a living room with a cathedral ceiling. There is plenty of room for two to three families to share, with two master bedrooms, a bunk room, a pull out couch and three bathrooms. A two car garage allows for an easy and warm exit to the mountains. In the warmer weather spend your days swimming, fishing or boating on a private, 400 foot sand covered beach on South Pond. Great family skiing (including night skiing), tubing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing are only 5 minutes away at Mt Abram. Hiking, biking (road and mountain), golfing, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing will more than satisfy and challenge the outdoor enthusiast. Enjoy both fine dining and fun filled casual nights out in Bethel. Enough shopping that any purse can handle at the quaint shops in Bethel or the outlet stores of North Conway (only 45 minutes away).

Beautiful Secluded Villa

Our family spent a week at this wonderful vacation home, and our expectations were far exceeded! The kitchen was well equipped, the house was spacious, and the game room keep up busy when we weren't exploring the Bethel area. Our teenagers improved their air hockey and ping pong skills, and they also enjoyed eating s'mores and lighting sparklers by the outdoor campfire. If you are looking for a home away from home, you will surely enjoy staying here!

What A '09 New Year!

The house was wonderful and extremely comfortable. I do not think you should call it a cabin as it has all the comforts of a primary residence.

Mt. Abram was great and 5 minutes away - kids did a lesson and was a great way to reacquaint them to their ski's on Friday. SR was as fun as I remembered. And despite winds and the Jordan closure, the mountain is so diverse, as you know, there was plenty of fun for all.

The location is great and we enjoyed the tranquility. Ski in and our certainly has its advantages but it does not encourage and allow visitors to visit and see the ice fishermen on South Lake, Shop 'n Save and Bethel in general. The kitchen is phenomenal! Fire place, although windy, was very nice and something I enjoy here at home but definitely in the mountains. The providing firewood is a very nice extra. We really enjoyed the entire layout and seemed to fit our party very well. A lot of space and ability for people to not always be together and on top of one another.

It far exceeded our expectations and we could not have been more pleased. If anyone would ever request a verbal reference, please contact us.

beautiful new log cabin set in private wooded lot,up in the hills but within walking distance -15min - of lakes (frozen during our stay), cabin was very well equipped with plenty of room for 2 families. downstairs area was a great place for the the kids to hangout while parents realxed upstairs. full bathroom each level. house clean and comfortable - .great location for skiing -very close to mt abrahams - my avid skiers reluctantly tried one day and were pleasantly surpirsed - not sunday river of course but they had fun in the terrain park and absolutely no crowds!!
