The Peninsularhouse - enjoy the complete private seclusion of an island, with all the conveniences of being on the mainland. The house is located on a peninsula of land overlooking Grassy Key harbor. This unique location offers complete privacy, there are no neighbors to see, it's a completely private setting, quiet and relaxing. You can enjoy to the full the heated pool & spa, and private sandy beach with kyacks on site. Week The house has 3 bedrooms. 1 king master bedroom suite, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 Queen Sleeper, plus Daybed with 2 twin for children sleeps 8...two baths The master bedroom suite (king sized bed) is completely separate, and has its own private balcony. Other 2 bedrooms queen sized beds. The queen sofa sleeper and daybed with two twin mattresses are in the living room. Phone, central a/c, Direct TV, high speed Internet, VCR, DVD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen next opening jan 2010

In fact you can just see and hear the dolphins across the water, where you can swim with the Dolphins. Next to the Dolphins is Grassy Key Marina, for back country fishing guided trips. All attractions are available in Grassy Key and Marathon locations. No matter what your taste.

We rented tis property 4/25-5/2/09. Beautiful and clean and well maintained property. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The property is very secluded - kayaking was great, and there was always a nice breeze. We loved the iguanas coming to visit us every morning. The only problen that we are facing is we can not get in touch with the owner to get our security deposit returned. We are hoping that his will be cleared up through the rental co. Otherwise, we hated to leave and would hope to return again in the future if this situation gets cleared up.
