Enjoy a peaceful summer get-away at our cottage on The Hill at Green Hill. This idyllic setting features a beautiful, large lot with nature at your door and lots of privacy (wonderful for children). Private, unspoiled Green Hill beach, with a view of Block Island, is within a short 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive (beach parking pass included). Our 1,300 sq ft house features a one-level floor plan. The spacious, airy living room has vaulted ceiling, 12 ft sliding glass doors, ceramic fireplace and dining area. Cozy, comfortable decor includes country antiques throughout the cottage. The living room opens to an expansive lawn with a classic old New England stone wall and view of Trustom Pond wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy large eat-in kitchen and outside picnic/sitting areas. Lots of windows and doors provide abundant light and sea breezes. Hear the ocean at night!
