This adorable 2 1/2 bedroom expanded bungalow is located just a short walk to beach and Main Street, in the Lake Como section of Belmar. (609 18th Ave) The train is also very close for commuters to NYC. There is off street parking. You enter into the sun room where there is a sofa and charming bistro-like table setting, great for dinner and drinks with friends. Through the sun room is a living room with cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD/radio and seating . This room opens up to a dining room with a glass table & chairs (seating for 6), ceiling fan and AC. The bedroom downstairs has a full size bed, dresser, & closet. The full bathroom is newly remodeled. There is a large loft upstairs, perfect for children and teenagers. The loft offers 3 twin beds, 2 bed stands w/lights, dresser, cable TV and AC. Kids love this room and so do parents. Fully furnished, kitchen is well stocked. This house is extremely comfortable. This is not a party house!! Still available for Summer 2010 at $11,500.
