This clean, cheery, seaside Cape has recently been appointed with new furnishings and beds to make your stay comfortable. Outside, enjoy the hammock for a nap, have a barbecue, or shower off in the outdoor shower. This home is set in a community of beautiful homes that share a lovely sand beach, ideal for families. It is also short walking distance to Pemaquid State Park Beach complete with concessions, changing facilities and lifeguards. Also walking distance is historic Fort William Henry, located amidst a working fishing harbor offering outstanding views. A short drive in any direction will place you in the many area scenic restaurants, terrific shops, and art galleries. No smoking or pets allowed.

Property is located near the end of the Pemaquid Penninsula,in New Harbor. We are within easy walking distance to 2 beautiful sand beaches (150 yds and 300 yds). Also within easy walking distance to waterfront dining, and historical Fort William Henry and period ruins (300 yds), and public boat launch/pier, and fishing. Easy walk to famous eatery 'the Cupboard', for home cooked breakfast and lunches.

We highly recommend this house for a Pemaquid Point vacation. This house was great for the six of us (including two young children). It is s hisorically charming and comfortable. The kitchen is huge, with high ceilings, and excellant natural light. You can walk to two beaches and a fascinating fort and archeological dig. The property owners were great - very accomodating and providing insights and recommendations for the local area that all proved to be accurate. The security deposit was returned quickly, as well. One of their recommendations, the Pemaquid Lobster Co-Op (a ten minute drive)is not to be missed - $20 for a three lobster dinner that was the best lobster we have ever tasted.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
