New home located on a 33-acre vineyard between St Helena and Calistoga on the Valley Floor. Tuscan style, single level home, exclusively located in the hart of Napa Valley near world-famous wineries and restaurants. This new property has stunning hardwood floors and is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The master bedroom has a fireplace, walk-in closet, king-size bed and an en suite limestone bathroom with a separate shower and spa tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms share a limestone bathroom with tub and shower and double sinks. The house features a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and a large center island. There is an additional fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room with seating for 8 and air conditioning. Vineyard view patios with outdoor dining furniture and barbeque surround the house. It is a very peaceful environment with views in all directions.

My husband and I just returned and are already talking about when we can book a return trip! Home was just as advertised, and just beautiful. It is located in an extremely quiet and private location, off a gravel road, which is just what we were looking for. Not super close to town, about 10-15 minutes to St. Helena, probably less than than 10 minutes to Calistoga. Home was very clean, and in good repair. Absolutely delightful.

An Amazing Retreat

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Three ample sized bedrooms and two spacious full baths. The interior finishes of the villa are upgraded to the max. Kitchen is fabulous. The villa is fairly new and we found everything in working order. We even prepared a gourmet meal and enjoyed it with our wine on the terrace within a stones throw of vineyards. The terrace has a large shade tree that provides relief from the evening sun. There is actually a postcard view from every angle of the property. The pictures online do not do it justice. There was no cable service but there is a nice TV with a DVD/VHS player. It was refreshing to take a break from the dozens of news channels and enjoy watching movies. There is a convenient DVD rental in downtown ST Helena. This place would accommodate three couples comfortably. The owner was very easy to deal with. This villa also comes with privileges at the Meadowood, which we were not aware of and were actually too busy to use anyway.

My jaw dropped when we first walked into this house - it is GORGEOUS! We immediately opened a bottle of wine and started relaxing. At night you could hear a pin drop, it was so quiet and isolated - just surrounded by the rolling hills of St. Helena.

Great location, near lots of wineries, and a complete oasis. I've never been so relaxed!

Exactly what you need

Our family stayed at the Villa for ThanksGiving 2008. Actually we stayed there for the same period last year in 2007. We had so much fun. The Villa is remote but exactly what one expects in the wine country. Quiet, in a beautiful setting and completely surrounded by wine country beauty. The house is amazing. We love to cook. It has a wonderful kitchen, great bedrooms, expansive living room and great dining room. Our kids are young (5 & 6) and they love the area. Close by is a horse ranch and a castle across the street. We love it there...so will you.

I stayed in the villa with a group of friends and we highly enjoyed this place. It is sorrounded by vines and you can also see the mountains. I recommended it.
