This luxury villa is set on Formosa gardens estate, the most prestigious gated community in the Disney area. Disney's main gate is just two miles away and within walking distance is a shopping mall, restaurants, supermarkets etc. with easy access to the main 192 highway. Our beautifully furnished villa stands on one third of an acre corner plot, with spacious gardens making the outside area a private place. The westerly facing pool has the sun from morning till dusk. It has a large shaded lanai area with hot tub, sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue. Two master kings which have a quality king sized beds with walk in wardrobe, en suite, walk in shower and corner bath. One master queen with shared ensuite and two twin room one of which is themed. Family room with large TV, DVD player and CD player. The french doors lead out onto the lanai area Dining area looks out onto the pool, with a large bay window. Sitting room is a quiet area for extra dining with added sofas.
