Welcome to our lovely Lake Superior Cottage! Our 2-bedroom cottage easily accommodates 6 persons and is only steps away from the largest fresh water lake in the world -- Lake Superior! The cottage decor is raved about from previous guests. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal....or not. Which brings us to the HOT TUB. Yes, bathing suits are totally optional! When you are not eating, drinking or hot tubbing....why not hike? With miles of groomed hiking trails it is hard to stay TOO lazy! And if you don't like to hike...what about mountain biking? Or fishing? Or kayaking? Or canoeing? During the 'WHITE' season...XX skiing, snow shoes or a sled are only suggestions. Groomed XX ski trails right outside the door have been host to champion skiers from around the world! Down hill skiing is only a few miles away. The cottage' is 1 hour north of Grand Maria, Minnesota and just 30 minutes south of Thunder Bay. We look forward hosting you!

Enjoy majestic Lake Superior by visiting the lower firepit and deck close to the lake. Take in the views from the cottage as you cook and eat your favorite foods with your loved ones,. Relax reading that book you never had time to read by the fire. Watch one of many popular movies available with a big bowl of popcorn. Listen to music from a large CD collection -- or simply listen to the birds. Take a walk or rigorous hike on the many hiking trails that are literally out the back door. Or golf on one of many lovely golf courses close by. Take in the many day time adventures by visiting historic Fort Williams, Kekabeka Falls, Quitico Provincial Park, Sleeping Giant or The Silver Islet. Take the kids to the Amethyst Mine. But....you may not want to leave! In the Winter time XX ski groomed trails, snow shoe or sled. Or cozy up by the fire and call it a day!

Golf: Excellent public golfing facilities are available in Thunder Bay approximately 35 minutes from the cottage. Also, Thunder Bay is home to a state-of-the-art indoor golfing facility during the colder months for those of you who are dedicated golfers!

What a beautiful cottage, we really felt like we were at home, except with a much better view!
You really have done a nice job decorating and everything is so clean!

I stayed at your cottage in October, 2004 and it was wonderful. So peaceful with the loons announcing the morning each day. Thank you for all the amenities, it felt like home. I will be back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I HAVE BEEN TO THIS COTTAGE SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME HAS BEEN A TREAT! THE COTTAGE IS DECORATED SO BEATIFULLY, THE COLORS ARE WONDERFUL! THE OWNER HAS TAKEN ALL THE EXTRA STEPS TO ENSURE A COMFORTABLE AND MEMORABLE STAY! AND OF COURSE THE SURROUNDINGS ARE SPECTACULAR! WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN TO BE IN THE HOT TUB BY DAY AND WATCH BEAUTIFUL LAKE SUPERIOR OR BY NIGHT AND WATCH THE NORTHERN LIGHTS! THANK YOU TO THE OWNER FOR ALLOWING US TO ENJOY THIS SPECIAL PLACE!
