Situated in a commanding position on high ground, surrounded by open countryside, with superb sea views, is this outstanding, recently built 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. The villa is completely private and is not overlooked. The ground floor has a spacious, comfortable open-plan living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room. The first floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony with panoramic views. There is a further twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony. Off the large landing is a handy kitchenette with fridge, electric hob, sink and sofa and a large upper terrace with breathtaking views of the sea, inland mountains and the nearby dam. Outside, there is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, and from the surrounding terrace you can again enjoy the superb uninterrupted panoramic views. Sunbeds, table and chairs, barbeque and a poolside shower are all provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in the peaceful countryside just outside the small, traditional village of Peristerona. Less than 10 minutes by car is the main town of Polis and it's rugged coastline and unspoilt beaches. Polis and the neighboring fishing village of Latchi offer a great selection of places to eat, whether you prefer traditional Cypriot tavernas, modern international-style restaurants or waterfront fish taverns. A good selection of shops and supermarkets can also be found in Polis, whilst the larger Paphos Town centre is within approximately 40 minutes drive.
