  • Aside from the open areas listed on our calendar, and longer school vacations, occasional weekends, (Friday and Saturday night, as well as long holiday weekends are often available).

    The apartment rents for approximately $4000.00 a week, approximately 500-600 a night, which is economical compared to any local hotels, for a group of people. Pricing is contingent on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.

We boast all the comforts of home in a wonderful, vibrant setting. The apartment has a brand new large kitchen, and dining to accommodate everyone. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. To add to this warm and cheery atmosphere are two friendly cats who will cuddle up to you and your children. All we ask is that you feed them. Weekly maid service can be provided.
