LBI ocean side reversed living house with views of ocean and the bay, only steps to private beach with lifeguard. House features very large living room with 42' Plasma TV, dining room with table sitting 10 people, fully equipped brand new kitchen with granite countertops, all tastefully furnished and ready for relaxing. Lower floor includes 4 bedrooms with room to sleep 8 people and features 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds, 3rd bedroom with full size bed and fourth bedroom with bunk beds, excellent for children. Bedrooms feature new furniture and new colorful bedding. House features brand new central air conditioning, high speed WIFI internet access, 3 cable TVs, washer and dryer plus all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The entire house has been freshly painted, new carpeting and recently updated furniture.

Very nice and spacious house. The beach is right there with a lifeguard at your front step.
All bedrooms are immaculate and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and we liked the openess of it into the living and dining room with 360 degree views
The surround balcony had nice views to the beach and spectacular sunsets to the west. We loved the grilling on the balcony.
The area is very nice and quiet. The Barneggat lighthouse is only a 5 minute ride. There is also a nice fishmarket there where you can buy all kinds of fresh catch.
We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back

We stayed the week of July 12th 2008. We could tell as soon as we stepped into the house how much care is taken to ensure our stay was going to be enjoyable. It is rare to have a beach house that is so well kept. Outdoor showers are always key to a beach house, and this was no exception as we were able to shower off all of the kids before they stepped foot in the house so we too could keep it in good order. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was a joy to walk out on the deck and grill to our hearts content. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing week in a nice home that is steps away from the beach with the lifeguard right in front of your dune.

Thanks again for the opportunity to rent such a nice property.

We had the joy of staying here in August of 2007. It was a bit of a risk - we rented site unseen - but after several phone conversations with the owner, I felt confident it would be OK.

It is an understatement to say that my family and I were blown away at both the house, the location, and the graciousness of the owners.

We were totally comfortable there. The layout is perfect. The house is immaculate. It's steps from the beach, where a lifeguard tower is right there.

Anything we could have ever imagined needing was there. Chairs, paper plates - even Band Aids.

This is the best rental you will ever find. We have already book our next summer's vacation!!

Margaret, we absolutely loved your home. Thank you for sharing it.The beach is close and nice. The house was roomy for our three families.I think my favorite part was sitting on the deck and just relaxing.I'm looking forward to coming back.
