Charming in Village refurbished Cape style home. New kitchen with granite countertops, sub-zero fridge, appliances, etc. New tile bathrooms, formal living room, formal dining room. New family entertainment room with stereo, flat screen projection TV with DVD, and upright piano. New parlor addition with French doors which act as a Summer breezeway and overlooks backyard heaven. A yard this large and private in Rowayton is unheard of. Our lovely park like grounds have rolling green lawns, flowering gardens, magnificent trees a deck with grand staircase, patio, a bridge which overlooks a tranquil coy pond, hammocks, Adirondack chairs and lounges, BBQ, swingset & more. Come enjoy, relax and vacation in our home away from home.

Our beautiful home is located 1 block from the Five Mile River which is home to sailboats and yachts, and is the direct access to picturesque Long Island Sound and the Norwalk Islands. Walk 1 block to shops, markets, restaurants, beach, parks, tennis, library, ice cream shop and so much more. Enjoy Shakespeare on the Sound productions, civic center events such as July 4th fireworks, art shows, park concerts, lobsterbake, river ramble and much more. Kayak, canoe, swim, bicycle or stroll our quaint village streets and shoreline. Historic Sono is minutes away with movie theaters, maritime center and Aquarium, children's museum, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping, harbor, etc. New York City only 45 minutes away.
