Catch the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee on the patio or in the 'great room' with views of the Fountain, and the mountains beyond, in this new condo (built 2005). This comfortably decorated, second floor unit is quiet and secure and is within walking distance of 2 shopping centers (Basha's, Walgreen's, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Safeway, Wells Fargo) and a number of restaurants. Bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry. Enclosed garage with direct access to condo plus one sheltered parking space. Controlled access into complex. While located not far from Scottsdale, Fountain Hills seems miles away because of the hills and beautiful native landscape. Golf courses dot the region and for those who like to gamble, Ft. McDowell Casino is 4 miles away. Plenty to do for those who want to, yet nothing to do for those who don't.

The location of this outstanding condo is perfect. Just two blocks from the famous fountain and terrific lake path that surrounds it. Many restaurants and even a hardware store are easy walking distance. This exceptionally large unit is well appointed, well maintained, and very clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The unit is directly adjacent to a small pool and hot tub. Safeway is a 9 minute walk. The Bashas food store is just one block across the street, but will be closed for updating until Spring of 2009. The post office is adjacent to this unit. A very fine county library is one block away and is a great place to pick a book and relax in a comfortable seating area. This smaller complex is very quiet and well landscaped. We used the middle third bedroom for a office which is equiped with a broadband Internet connection and a small desk.
