Beautiful, spacious 2 BR/2 bath beach villa boasts dramatic lagoon view. Our one level beach villa was professionally decorated winter 04/05. Light and airy, you will love the beautiful beach decor, new flooring throughout, fresh paint and updated kitchen and baths. Remodeled light and bright kitchen is fully-equipped and features new ceramic tile flooring and updated appliances. Bedrooms are spacious; both have their own cable TVs. Master bedroom features full bath, over-sized closets and opens onto deck with lagoon view. Second bedroom features large closet, attached full bathroom, and twin beds. Huge, open 2-story family room with sleeper sofa opens to deck with lagoon view. Our villa is located a very short walk to one of five swimming pools, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis center, Fazio Golf Course, the beach, boat and bike rentals, fabulous restaurants and shopping.

We are located in the Queen's Grant section of Palmetto Dunes, just a short walk from the fabulous Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Fazio Golf Course, and 3 miles of uncrowded beaches. As our guest, you can swim in any of the five swimming pools located throughout Queen's Grant. Nearby General Store features grocery, deli open breakfast - dinner, most major newpapers, ice cream fountain, candy store and souvenirs. Enjoy a bike ride or stroll down the Oak-lined and Spanish-moss covered streets of this lovely and peaceful upscale community. This is the family vacation you have been dreaming of. Wonderful early spring rental

Close to golf, beach, shopping and good restaurants, this immaculate townhouse was a delicious place to rent in early spring. Bikeriding, beachwalking, porch sitting looking at the lovely lagoon and ducks, and preparing good meals in the well-equipped kitchen gave us (two over 70's) and our guests many days of enjoyment. Add to it sightseeing in Charlestown and Savanna, lots of good movies, and nice neighbors and you have the whole package.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This place is gorgeous! Wonderfully decorated! It had games for the kids, beach chairs, beach towls, ..Lots of room!!
The lagoon view was nice---sitting on the deck watching the ducks!
We would take the free shuttle to pick up bikes, visit Shelter Cove, the beach...
Our only complaint was some of the lights didn't work (bathroom above sink, kitchen) & the other bathroom sink & tub drain was very slow. But other than that--we LOVED it!! We will definitely try to get back there!
