My wife and I and another couple stayed here for a week. It's a great location for easy drives to attractions on the East, South and North Coast including hiking in the El Yunke rain forest, night kayaking on the Bioluminescent Bay and a tour of the Las Cabezas Nature Reserve just north of Fajardo, a day trip, west, to the radio telescope in Arecibo, and a day (ferry) trip to Vieques. We drove many back twisty (even precipitous) scenic roads and out of the way places. We met so many friendly people, all eager to help and answer questions. We purchased and cooked in most breakfasts and dinners (good fruit, fish and produce available in local markets). The facility was immaculate and very comfortable. It has great ocean views all the way to Las Cabezas and the lighthouse to the east. Our local contact was most gracious and helpful. We felt very comfortable walking around and exploring the local area. We recommend this facility very highly. A great value!

Family fun in Luquillo

Our adult children, their spouses and one grandchild spent a fun filled week in Luqillo, PR. We loved the condo with its wide balcony and view of the sea. The sound of the surf was so soothing night and day. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived, which made settling in very easy. On the second day of our stay one of the neighbors had small party downstairs in the parking area and people were so friendly and welcoming. The music was great. We loved the location because we were able to easily get to restaurants and El Yunque without much driving. One of our favorite activities was going on the nature tour of the phosphorescent bay in Fajardo - it was educational and fun for all ages including a two year old. We would definitely recommend this property - both the owner and caretaker were attentive to our needs.

My family and I stayed at the condo for a week in December! It is a beautiful condo that sits right on a breath-taking beach. The condo is in a great location. It is close to a grocery store, church, restaurants, a rain forest, and so much more. The condo is equipped with everything one would possibly need! We had such a great time, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!

We just returned from a great week’s stay and wish we were back there already! The condo itself was lovely, lots of room, pretty décor and a perfect location. We were on the best surfing beach with a great balcony, very near the rain forest (El Yunque – visited and hiked several times), the kioskos restaurants that are so well known and enjoyed our trips into Old San Juan twice. Nearby Fajardo has a great bio bay tour to take also. Senor Cruz was very helpful orienting us to the area, and the condo was well stocked when we arrived with all sorts of paper products, maps etc. The condo is a very short walk to the town square and the Exquisita bakery for morning coffee and breakfast. Thanks so much.

The condo is in excellent location in excellent condition. It's good location if you want to visit El Yunque, Culebra, Fajardo or San Juan. The excellent surfing beach right in front of the house is a free bonus you'll get;)
Condo has all equipment you'd need for a good stay.
Communication with the landlord very smooth, quick responses.
