Five/six bedroom waterfront house with expansive sunrise and sunset views! Located on Portsmouth's Common Fence Point. The home is furnished to make your stay comfortable. Fresh towels, bed linens and a fully equipped kitchen provided. The neighborhood is surrounded by shoreline offering wonderful views to explore on a walk and beaches to spend the day. Public access to the water allows easy in and out of water recreation vehicles. Inside the house features - 5 nicely appointed bedrooms will sleeps 11 (plus there are two sleep sofas and a futon bed/sofa). Every bedroom has a water view. - Multi-function room. Perfect for the kids when they've had too much sun. Outside the house features - The large East deck (a.k.a. the Breakfast deck) features a 5 person hot tub and plenty of deck furniture. - The West deck (a.k.a. the Cocktail or Sunset deck) offers wonderful views of the Mount Hope Bridge & Bay and plenty of deck furniture. - An eight foot by eight foot swim dock.

This was the perfect location to get together with family members. Lovely house on a gorgeous spot with lots of room, very clean and well maintained. Close to stores and attractions.
