Not very clean...

We rented this house for a week and we didnt even stay there. The pillows were old and stained, the bottom floor smelled dirty, there were only a couple of towels for a house that sleeps 10. The central a/c was broken upstairs, vcr was broken, trash cans full of trash in garage. Ants in kitchen, broken down car in driveway....I dont really want to continue. We took our loss and left. Buyer beware!
Owner's Response: The above review is not true what so ever. Our house is neither dirty nor smelly. My wife and I have owned this property for 5 years and never once had a complaint. We’ve serviced hundreds of tenants in that time frame. We have tenants coming from all over the world. We take our business very seriously. Our guests who booked the house were coming to Long Island to attend the US Open tournament in Bethpage. The renter called me once they arrived and noticed that the house was 1.5 hours from the tournament. He asked for a refund and I refused, do to the fact that I had others opportunities to rent the house for the same week. The renter neglected to Map Quest our address. In fact, if he had told me of their plans of going to Bethpage I would have warned them of the traveling time. I help my tenants as much as I can. He said okay and told me that they weren’t going to stay at the house, due to the traveling distance, and hung up the phone. That was the last I heard of him. It was a total shock when I received the negative review. I am confident that our future guest will have a great time in our lovely home.
