Second floor - Living Room, Kitchen, 1/2 Bath:
Living room, kitchen, dining area, and half bath are on the second floor. Large living room has a hardwood floor and comfortable furnishings. Tall cathedral ceiling, 12 screened windows that open, original art, beautiful ocean views, and a skylight make this bright and sunny room the focal point of the house. Satellite TV, DVD, CD Player (Small CD and Movie library w/ 30 movies), radio with in wall speakers, and a glass door wood stove. French doors open to deck/balcony with 4 chairs overlooking the bay and islands. Bedrooms are located on the first floor and beds have very comfortable pillow top mattresses. Plenty of closet space - one large closet has a desk that can be used as an office. Master bath has over sized tub with ceiling rain shower and marble floor tiles. Bring or rent kayaks and launch from the shoreline when tides are high. (Bay is tidal so we have included tide charts.)
A Note On Young Children:
Although we have rented to families with young children, we do not encourage it. There are some fragile items in the house and there is a second floor deck with glass panels. Only if your children are very well behaved should you consider renting Oceanmist.

We are often on vacation in the fall and winter, sometimes for several weeks at a time. If you don't get a timely response, you can assume that we are away and will answer your inquiries (in the order we received them) when we return.
