Pristine Victorian in the heart of the historical district. Boasting a large wrap-around porch with wicker seating. Beautiful garden area accompanied with an outdoor pool table. 13 bedrooms equipped with cable TVs, 13 1/2 baths (one with a Jacuzzi for two). A large dining room, toy/play room for young children (2 Acarade Games) , TV/sitting room (52' Flat Screen TV), and a formal living room. 1 1/2 blocks to ocean.
