Great room includes living room with stone fireplace, dining table, eating counter with bar stools. New fully equipped kitchen, Hardwoods on 1st floor, new tile baths. Large sunny, deck with patio furniture and BBQ grill. Front porch. First floor bedroom has full bed, 2nd floor has queen bed and private bath.

  • The two bathrooms were new four years ago. The master bath has a fiberglass tub with shower and a generous size vanity with a Corian counter top. The 1st floor bathroom has a fiberglass four foot walkin shower. They both have plenty of towels.

  • The master bedroom located on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. There is a full size futon on the 2nd floor as well on the landing at the top of the stairs before entering the master bedroom. The 1st floor bedroom has a full size bed.

The house was very quiet, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The large rear deck was a pleasant place for relaxing and grilling.The area is lovely with lots of historical options, near beaches, kayaking, boating, and the Block Island ferry. There is a great grocery store very close by called Dave's.A beautiful day trip is kayaking on the Narrow River down to the ocean.
