During your vacation in the Orlando are, you can stay at this beautiful, cozy home located in Kissimmee, 4 miles off of Route #192 and its many restaurants and stores. We are 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and 20 minutes from Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Many dinner shows are in the area, including: Medieval Times, Wild Bill's, Arabian Nights, Al Capone's, and many more. Golf, horseback riding, helicopter and air boat rides are nearby also. This is a smoke-free, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a 2 car garage. It has its own private, screened-in pool, for your family to relax in after a long day of activities. Pool heating is optional for an additional cost. The house also features FREE high-speed Internet access.

Exceptional Vacation Spot

My family and I stayed there in July 2009 and were very pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and there was plenty of room. I have recommended this property several times over. The house was located close to everything. The only down side was that we had to leave, I would have loved to have packed the property and pool and taken it with me on my next vacation. Just a wonderful place.

Great value

My family and I recently enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was clean and the space was adequate; the pool was a big plus. There were a few minor problems that I attribute to normal wear that weren't a big enough deal to keep us from enjoying the home. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional. I agree with a previous post, the lock was hard to open and close, I was afraid I would break the key! I will definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here again when visiting the area.

The house was very clean and there was plenty of room. The pool was well maintained. Very convenient to Disneyworld and other Orlando attractions. I would come back again and would recommend this house to my friends.

Great stay!

My husband and 3-year old recently stayed at this home. We were there with my in-laws and 2-year old niece. We had a wonderful time! The pool was definitely the highlight of the house. We loved having it all to ourselves and it was great to cool off after a long, hot day! The house had pretty much everything we needed, but we did make a trip to the store to pick up a few kitchen items that we wanted, but you could easily get by with what is there. It's just personal preference! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean when we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again!

Our January Vacation

The house was as expected clean and tidy when we arrived! There was enough space for everyone ane the kids really enjoyed the pool. There was a few down falls about the house the first one was the front door which you enter and exit from was hard to open? Something was not right with the lock. The second was the fire alarms are really sensitive in the house. You could not cook breakfast without it going off.....Little things that were not a real big deal just annoying. The house does not come with toliet paper or garbage bags so be ready to go to the store and buy these things. The details of this house say there is a spa with the pool but it is no diffrent than the pool just a small space in the corner no seats so do not expect an hot tub..this was not a down fall for us but may be if you are expecting a hot tub. Over all we had a great time and I would recommend staying at this house for your family vacation! We would return to this house for future vacations!!!
